Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Kontentra Digital Services (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kontentra Digital Services provides data annotation, AI model training, IoT solutions, software development, digital marketing, and web development services. The scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
• Ensure you have rights to any data provided for annotation
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
• Make payments in accordance with agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. Kontentra Digital Services retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general-purpose code libraries.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs and data processing agreements. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding all client projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kontentra Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.
